I’m Annabel

I have experience and expertise in health, fitness, and wellness for women of all ages.

With over 30 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, chances are high that you’ve worked out at one of the brands or facilities I’ve been involved with. My passion for health, fitness and wellness has only grown over the years, and I’ve expanded my focus to include the peri to post-menopause stages that women experience. I believe that women in their 40s, 50s and beyond should have the opportunity to live fulfilled, happy, and healthy lives!

As a certified peri-to-post menopause coach, qualified nutrition advisor, and qualified Pilates mat practitioner, I offer an array of coaching programs for women’s well-being. My approach is grounded in evidence-based information, education, and support, aimed at re-empowering women to live healthier and happier lives during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

My perimenopause journey began in my early 40s when I noticed physical changes that left me feeling anxious and fatigued. I experienced joint pain, brain fog, and even vertigo and balance problems. It wasn’t until I educated myself that I realised these symptoms were due to perimenopausal hormonal imbalances. I made the personal choice to use HRT, but I understand that it may not be the right choice for everyone. The important thing is to know what choices are available to you.

Whether it’s through my website, webinars, or workshops, I hope to provide educational and supportive resources to help you make the best choices for your well-being. Let’s re-empower ourselves and the women in our lives and provide support and knowledge for every stage of life.

The Importance of Women’s Wellbeing during Menopause

At any stage of life, we should prioritise feeling great, but the midlife period can be complicated, both hormonally and emotionally. However, recently there has been an increase in the discussion around menopause, raising awareness for women’s wellbeing and care during peri to post menopause.

It’s important to note that not all women will experience menopause symptoms, and some will transition easily, following healthy lifestyle advice. For those who experience symptoms, improved and better care is available, including excellent lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and well-being advice.

These options can help women manage their symptoms naturally and thrive. Additionally, the continued research, development, and advancement of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a positive step for women’s health, with it becoming more readily available.
